About Us
Bluequest Development Ltd was set up by Claire Coday in 2008. Bluequest works with a range of associates with diverse skills and experience on projects for all types of organisation from start-up companies to the public sector.
Claire has a business management background. Her early career was as an engineer in the aerospace industry which she left to study for an MBA at London Business School. She then took up a Business Development role in the head office of an Engineering PLC and soon after became the first Managing Director of a start-up joint venture company involving British, American and German shareholders.
Claire then moved to become the Managing Director of a company manufacturing electrical and electronic industrial control products in Essex employing 250 people and with global sales. The focus was on new product development, giving outstanding customer service and improving profitability. After 5 years, Claire arranged the successful sale of the company to an international Group.
Business Link Kent Ltd then appointed Claire as Chief Executive where she stayed for over 7 years leading the company to become a well respected Business Support and economic development company delivering services to businesses throughout the South East of England and Europe.
Following a brief spell working at Anglia Ruskin University Claire set up Bluequest Development Ltd and continues to work closely with the University’s Ashcroft International Business School.
